Rare Threads was founded in April 2024 by Naina Kumari and Nitin Saini with a shared vision of redefining women's ethnic wear in India.

 Naina Kumari leads the creative and operational backbone of the company, overseeing design, product development, quality control, and day-to-day operations. Her deep understanding of fabrics, craftsmanship, and customer preferences ensures that every piece reflects our commitment to quality and timeless style.

 Nitin Saini drives the company's strategic growth, capital planning, and business development initiatives. As a co-founder, he provides guidance across departments, supports key business decisions, and ensures the organization has the resources and direction needed to scale sustainably.
